TABB for Women is an abstinence based online community platform created by women who get it. We are not anti-alcohol; we are pro informed choice, personal development and living an amplified life.

TABB is for women who sense a quiet shift; who are ready to let alcohol take up less space in their lives or no space at all and who want support as they grow into a life where alcohol no longer needs to be the answer.

At TABB, our membership is called
THE CIRCLE
It is a not-for-profit membership with community as its heart.

TABB is a supportive community where women gently step out of negotiation with alcohol and into an alcohol-free way of living that is steady, supported and intentional.

Whether you are questioning your relationship with alcohol, curious about stopping drinking, considering giving it up or already living alcohol-free, we meet you exactly where you are, with compassion, support and honesty in community.

TABB is for grey area drinkers because let’s be honest, dark grey is not okay. We meet you exactly where you’re at, whether you’re struggling to stop drinking, standing on day one unsure if you can trust yourself or already living alcohol-free and ready to turn the volume up and amplify your life. We get it - truly. Every woman here has walked this path. Lives expand through sharing, honesty and connection.

The wisdom is in the room - the Zoom room. It’s the kind of support, understanding and accountability you won’t find in any book or podcast.

At TABB, we see you, we hear you, we get you.
