Is TABB Right for Me?

TABB is for women who are questioning their relationship with alcohol, exploring an alcohol-free lifestyle, newly sober or living alcohol-free long term. You do not need to identify as an alcoholic to join. Many of our members come from a background of grey area drinking and are looking for support, connection and practical tools for alcohol-free living.
