Each day a new lesson will be made available for you to engage with in a way that suits your learning style and time available, whether that’s reading, watching a video, reflecting on a visual.

The programme is structured weekly to give a clear focus and detailed daily to help you build momentum and clarity.

Weekly Outline:

  • Week 1 – The Dive In: Understand where you are now and set yourself up for success.
  • Week 2 – Unpack: Explore your patterns, triggers and beliefs around alcohol.
  • Week 3 – Deepen: Learn tools and strategies to strengthen your mindset and resilience.
  • Week 4 – Reveal: Step into your insights, see what’s changed and decide on your next steps.

By the end of the 28 days, you’ll have a clearer picture of your relationship with alcohol, more confidence in your choices and a stronger sense of what feels right for you moving forward.

This means you can engage in the community hub with other women on their sober journey and you are invited to join any of the daily support meetings. We would be delighted to welcome you, we just ask that you read our rules of engagement document that all participants agree to adhere to to protect the safety and integrity of the space. Coaching: We offer this course with an option to have professional coaching guidance once a week to support your learning and growth. This will be suitable for people who would benefit from extra support who may not want to engage with the larger group meetings.

Testimonials TABB28

"I love how the course is building, so positive. It is really offering an alternative, a choice, a different mindset rather than focusing on giving up something.

I like how it’s simply explaining the short term goals and long term effects. I like the opportunity it’s providing for reflection.

The lessons feel empowering and offer an alternative of your choosing."

C. September 2025

"The program's greatest strength lies in its ability to present information in an accessible way. It does a great job to show that unhealthy drinking habits don’t just fit into neat, obvious stereotypes.

The real-life examples are effective, as they made the content relatable and not at all preachy. Instead of feeling judged or shamed, I felt like I was engaging with practical, approachable advice, which allowed me to stop myself from falling back into unhelpful habits."

M. September 2025

"At the beginning, I felt completely lost and unsure of myself. I didn’t really know what to expect, but from the start Sandra, Sarah and the mentors offered guidance and support in such a caring, non-judgemental way.

The structure helped me find my feet and the support helped me feel held while I learned how to do this differently. Over time, something really shifted, I started to trust myself again.

I honestly couldn’t fault it. I’d give it a 10/10."

C. January 2026

"I have procrastinated for years about giving up the wine. I knew I couldn't do it alone but the mainstream groups just didn't fit. Finding TABB has literally changed my life, for once in my life I feel connected and held while going through the early process.

There is so much wisdom and compassion from the mentors and this has inspired and driven me to continue whereas I would normally have listened to the doubt. There is so much to offer from daily lessons, meditation, journaling, meetings and community. I no longer feel alone."

C. October 2025

"Whether it's your first step or your hundredth, it's easier when we share our journey. Here is where we connect with those who understand us, because we are all us. And together, we are stronger.

Thank you for this community, where we are heard and we hear, where we hold and are held, and where our sobriety grows."

D. October 2025

"Doing the TABB course was the difference for me. The daily lesson and prompt gave me something solid to focus on each day and helped me build a simple, supportive routine. Checking in and responding kept me accountable and not just to myself but to the other women too and that made all the difference.

Knowing I had a connection every day really mattered. I didn’t feel like I was doing this alone. The weekly meetings were also brilliant in a supportive, honest and grounding sort of way. They helped everything from the lessons really land.

TABB gave me structure, connection and accountability at exactly the time I needed it."
