TABB 28 is a guided 28 day program designed to help you pause, reset, and see whilst feeling supported every step of the way.

On Day One, start by clicking on the  “Before You Begin...” section, this contains everything you need to know to set yourself up for a meaningful experience. Please take some time to read this carefully.

Each day, a new lesson will be released. You’ll find a reflection prompt in the discussion box, where you’re encouraged to share your thoughts and connect with others. This is where the magic happens, real conversations, real insights.

The TABB team will be present in the daily discussions, offering support and guidance to help create a warm, inclusive, and encouraging space.
