Find the Right Coach for You

You don’t need to know exactly who you want to work with before you begin.

Simply book your coaching session and we’ll match you with one of our coaches, taking into account what you’re looking for and who we feel will be the right fit for you.

Or, take a look through our coach profiles below. Each of our coaches brings her own lived experience, personality and approach to coaching. If someone particularly resonates with you, you’re very welcome to contact that coach directly.

However you choose to start, the most important thing is finding someone you feel comfortable talking to — someone who will listen without judgement and support you as you work out what comes next.

Sarah Mills
Recovery Coach Professional | Co-Founder TABB for Women
Contact Sarah at sarah@tabbforwomen.com

Sarah is a Recovery Coach Professional and co-founder of TABB for Women.

Drawing on both professional training and lived experience, she works with women at every stage; from those who are sober-curious or questioning their relationship with alcohol, to those in sustained sobriety who are ready to explore what it might mean to turn the volume up on life.

Her coaching is rooted in curiosity, clarity and a genuine belief that every woman’s experience is different. Through thoughtful questions and open, completely non-judgmental conversation, Sarah creates the space for women to explore their relationship with alcohol, understand themselves more deeply and clarify what they want moving forward.

Language is central to Sarah’s approach. Together, she and the women she works with may look at the words, beliefs and wider ideas surrounding alcohol and sobriety and what these might reveal.

Sarah guides, supports and signposts women so they can find the way forward that feels right for them.
Sandra Healy
Recovery Coach Professional | Co-Founder TABB for Women
Contact Sandra at sandra@tabbforwomen.com

After almost 30 years as a nurse, caring for and supporting people has been at the heart of Sandra’s working life. Today, as a Recovery Coach Professional, she brings that same compassion, curiosity and belief in people into her coaching.

Sandra loves being sober and the life she has built in sobriety. But she also knows that changing our relationship with alcohol is about so much more than simply stopping drinking. Not drinking is the beginning.

She works with women who want to explore their drinking honestly and without judgement — to understand the patterns that may be keeping them stuck, discover what needs to change and find practical ways to move forward.

For Sandra, recovery is about becoming whole again. It is about reconnecting with ourselves, understanding what really matters to us and learning to live in a way that reflects our values rather than constantly going against them.

Her role isn’t to tell you how to live your life or what your relationship with alcohol should look like. It’s to walk alongside you as you work that out for yourself — helping you recognise your strengths, make meaningful changes and begin creating a life that feels genuinely good to live.

Because sobriety isn’t just about what we leave behind. It’s about what we build in its place.
Roxy
Recovery Coach Professional | TABB Host
Contact Roxy at roxy@tabbforwomen.com
Roxy’s coaching is grounded in one simple belief: you are the ultimate expert in your own life. Her role isn’t to tell you what to do, but to help you uncover what you need, recognise what may be holding you back and find a way forward that feels right for you.

Her approach is shaped by her own experience of sobriety and by the principles she calls TIGER:

T — Truth
Creating a safe space where you can be honest — with yourself and with someone who understands — without judgement.

I — Integrity
Helping you identify what really matters to you and begin making choices that align with your values and the life you want to live.

G — Grit
Recovery takes courage, persistence and a willingness to keep going, especially on the difficult days. Roxy helps you recognise and build on the strength you already have.

E — Empowering
Coaching isn’t about giving you the answers. It’s about helping you trust yourself, discover your own solutions and feel confident in the choices you make.

R — Realist
No perfection. No pretending. Just honest conversations about real life, real challenges and practical ways to navigate them without alcohol.

Warm, straightforward and grounded in lived experience, Roxy’s coaching is about much more than simply not drinking. It’s about getting to know yourself again, building a life that reflects who you really are and discovering just how capable you already are.

Not Sure if Coaching Is Right for You?

We're always happy to talk it through. No pressure, no push.
