TABB30 A Collection of Your Reflections

A gentle 30-day reflective journey for women established in sobriety (6 months or more).

Through 30 carefully chosen words (one each day) you’ll explore awareness, perspective, thoughts, emotions, acceptance, meaning, boundaries, gratitude and life beyond alcohol.
Rooted quietly in Stoic wisdom, philosophy, mindfulness and emotional awareness, TABB30 is not about fixing yourself or becoming someone new. It is simply a space to notice yourself and life.

Who is it for?

  • Women with at least 6 months sobriety

  • Women who want a gentle daily focus

  • Women who want to reflect on where they are at in life right now

  • Women interested in reflection, perspective and personal insight

  • Women curious about philosophy, mindfulness, Stoic wisdom and emotional awareness

  • Women looking for space to pause, notice and reconnect with themselves

  • Women who want to explore life beyond alcohol in a deeper, quieter way

What it is?

Each week includes:

  • a sober woman’s voice to sit with

  • a poem to reflect on throughout the week

  • gentle daily reflections and collection points

A Collection of Your Reflections.

Over 30 days you will create your very own:

  • Personal gathering of thoughts, observations, moments and truths from where you are right now.

  • Your personal daily reflections will also be collated into a digital booklet.

How it’s delivered?

A Collection of Your Reflections Booklet

At the end of the course, participants will have the option to receive a private digital keepsake booklet containing their own reflections and pieces of writing shared throughout the course.

The booklet is entirely optional and will only be created with participant consent. Each booklet is created individually and is not shared with other participants or made publicly available.

The course runs for 30 days, with an additional week afterwards to revisit or catch up on any days should you wish.

No pressure.
No perfection.
Just 20 minutes a day.

Maximum 15 women.
A Note on Safety
TABB30 is not a programme for those who are physically dependent. If you notice any signs of withdrawal such as shaking, sweating, nausea, anxiety or more severe symptoms, please pause the course and seek medical advice straight away. Your health and safety are the most important thing.
