About TABB for Women
The TABB Founders
We’re the women behind TABB for Women, brought together in February 2023. After meeting each other through an abstinence based online platform, where we were both volunteer hosts and course facilitators, we found our start but not our finish. We took a leap of faith, fuelled by a shared passion for the amplified life that living alcohol free has brought each of us.
Recovery Coach Professional | Co-Founder, TABB for Women
Sarah is the Co-Founder of TABB for Women and a fully accredited Recovery Coach Professional (RCP) with a passion for helping women discover the freedom, peace and confidence that can come from living alcohol-free.
After deciding to take a break from alcohol in January 2023, Sarah quickly realised she hadn’t given anything up at all - she had gained so much more. What began as an experiment became a complete shift in perspective and a life filled with greater clarity, peace of mind, energy, connection and joy. It’s a journey she now feels deeply privileged to share with other women.
Based in Manchester, England, Sarah lives with her husband, their two much-loved dogs, and their three grown-up children who continue to keep life busy, grounded and full of laughter.
Before co-founding TABB, Sarah worked in education as a teacher and was heavily involved in educational assessments and course writing. Her background in learning and development, combined with her Recovery Coach training, shapes much of the ethos behind TABB. She strongly believes that education and knowledge are key because when women truly understand alcohol, behaviour, emotions and themselves, real and lasting change becomes possible and life is elevated in a way that exceeds expectations.
Sarah is passionate about creating safe, supportive, non-judgemental spaces where women can feel seen, understood and empowered. Her approach combines honesty, compassion, humour and connection, always with the belief that no woman should feel she has to do this alone.
At the heart of Sarah’s work is a simple but powerful belief: together, women are far braver and stronger than they know.

Recovery Coach | Co-Founder, TABB for Women
Sandra Healy is a Recovery Coach and co-founder of TABB for Women. Originally from Ireland and now based in Barcelona, Spain, Sandra combines nearly 30 years of experience as a registered nurse with the insight and understanding that comes from her own recovery journey.
A mother of one, married with a stepson, and proud owner of a dog and a cat, Sandra has been alcohol-free since February 2023. Her decision to stop drinking transformed her life and inspired a new purpose: helping other women discover that recovery is not about deprivation, but about creating a life that feels more meaningful, connected and fulfilling.
Throughout her nursing career, Sandra supported people through some of the most challenging periods of their lives. Today, she brings that same compassion, empathy and practical approach to recovery coaching, alongside the perspective of someone who has walked the path herself.
As co-founder of TABB for Women, Sandra is passionate about creating supportive spaces where women can explore their relationship with alcohol without judgement, connect with others who understand, and build confidence in living alcohol-free. She believes that sobriety is not simply about surviving without alcohol, it is an opportunity to amplify life and become the person you were always meant to be.
Sandra’s husband, a software engineer, built the TABB website and provides ongoing support for all things IT, helping to bring the vision of a supportive online community for women into reality.
Sandra believes that every woman deserves the chance to experience the same freedom, clarity and peace that sobriety can bring.

Lolla
Host
If she were a colour, she’d be red; if a flower, jasmine — but her name is Lolla, and she belongs here with you in TABB. By day she works in corporate; at home she’s a lucky wife to a stroke survivor, a grateful mom to a brilliant 7-year-old, and caretaker of an army of plants. Three years ago she found sobriety, bringing colour, meaning, and blessings beyond comprehension. Mental health challenges and addiction run through her ancestry, and her family and she share space somewhere on the spectrum. Staying bright and brave, she’s here to share, support, and deepen connections in this magic experience called life. Together in squares — windows into each other’s lives — she looks forward to getting to know you.
A fun and heartfelt conversation with Janey Lee Grace on The Alcohol-Free Life Podcast, where Sandra and Sarah share the story behind TABB and the power of community.
We know the power of a women-only space, one where comfort, connection and understanding of how alcohol affects women differently is central.
We act with integrity from the same fundamental values and are deeply committed to helping other women explore their relationship with alcohol in a safe, supportive and empowering way.
We’ve seen first hand how life can open up in ways you never expected and we’re here to walk alongside you as you explore your own way forward.
