The Covenant (Gifted by Susan Christina Creamer - Hola Sober)
Who is Susan Christina Creamer?
Susan Christina Creamer is an Irish founder living in Madrid, and the creator of Hola Sober, an international magazine and community dedicated to empowering women to live alcohol-free, unapologetically, and without labels. From her base in Spain, Susan built Hola Sober into a global sisterhood, blending no-nonsense truth-telling with fierce compassion.
The first three tenets — Abstinence, Honesty, and Acceptance — were non-negotiable. Abstinence is the power move. Honesty is an act of rebellion in a chaotic, untruthful world. And Acceptance is the greatest gift you can give yourself, because once you truly accept, you stand in your power.
I named it The Covenant in honour of my dearest friend Debra, whose faith has taught me much about commitment and sacred promises. For me, the word “covenant” carried strength without religious ownership — a pact you make with yourself to live fully, joyfully, and on your own terms.”
Who is it for?
The Covenant is designed for women who already have at least a few months of sobriety under their belt and intend to live an alcohol-free life or already do.
It’s for those who want to:

From her base in Spain, Susan built Hola Sober into a global sisterhood, blending no-nonsense truth-telling with fierce compassion.
Known for her straight-talking style and Irish wit, she has inspired thousands of women to step into sobriety as a powerful, intentional choice — not a punishment. Hola Sober’s Daily Emails, Alcohol-free Programs, Morning Call audios, and monthly magazine became a lifeline for women worldwide, offering connection, encouragement, and the reminder that life beyond the wine glass is vibrant, bold, and full.
Due to ill health, Susan decided to close the community space she founded, but her leadership, refusal to accept mediocrity, and deep belief in connection live on in TABB for Women.
Susan said, “The Covenant is the abstinence-based sobriety programme I created because I needed it!! I knew myself too well. In a world where much of the recovery space softened its language, I refused. I needed something strong, clear, and uncompromising — because without that, I would have been drinking within weeks.
