  • Length: 75 minutes

What you’ll need

  • A copy of The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron (required)

  • A notebook or journal

  • A willingness to show up with curiosity, not perfection

Week 1 — Recovering a Sense of Safety

We begin by creating a safe inner space for creativity. You’ll learn the foundations: Morning Pages, Artist Dates, and noticing your inner critic.

Week 2 — Recovering a Sense of Identity

Exploring who you are beneath roles and expectations. We start uncovering the creative self that may have been pushed aside.

Week 3 — Recovering a Sense of Power

Looking at what blocks us — guilt, shame, and old beliefs — and beginning to loosen their grip.

Week 4 — Recovering a Sense of Integrity

Where are you out of alignment with yourself? This week gently explores honesty, boundaries, and what truly matters to you.

Week 5 — Recovering a Sense of Possibility

Dreams, wishes, and long-forgotten desires come back into view. We start expanding what feels possible again.

Week 6 — Recovering a Sense of Abundance

Working with money fears, scarcity thinking, and self-worth. Learning how creativity grows when we loosen tight thinking.

Week 7 — Recovering a Sense of Connection

Reconnecting to others, inspiration, and the wider world. We explore how creativity thrives in relationship and community.

Week 8 — Recovering a Sense of Strength

Building resilience and self-trust. You’ll notice how much steadier your creative voice is becoming.

Week 9 — Recovering a Sense of Compassion

Letting go of perfectionism and harsh self-judgment. This week softens the process and deepens self-acceptance.

Week 10 — Recovering a Sense of Self-Protection

Learning how to protect your creative energy. We explore boundaries, time, and saying yes to what nourishes you.

Week 11 — Recovering a Sense of Autonomy

Standing in your own creative authority. Less second-guessing, more trust in your own direction.

Week 12 — Recovering a Sense of Faith

Reflecting on how far you’ve come and what comes next. A gentle closing week focused on sustaining the changes you’ve made.

Testimonials

TABB is a warm, inclusive, abstinence-based space where we meet you exactly where you are. These testimonials share the experiences of women who found community, support and growth with us. Let their experiences be your inspiration.

"I love how the course is building, so positive. It is really offering an alternative, a choice, a different mindset rather than focusing on giving up something.

I like how it’s simply explaining the short term goals and long term effects. I like the opportunity it’s providing for reflection.

The lessons feel empowering and offer an alternative of your choosing."

"The program's greatest strength lies in its ability to present information in an accessible way. It does a great job to show that unhealthy drinking habits don’t just fit into neat, obvious stereotypes.

The real-life examples are effective, as they made the content relatable and not at all preachy. Instead of feeling judged or shamed, I felt like I was engaging with practical, approachable advice, which allowed me to stop myself from falling back into unhelpful habits."

"At the beginning, I felt completely lost and unsure of myself. I didn’t really know what to expect, but from the start Sandra, Sarah and the mentors offered guidance and support in such a caring, non-judgemental way.

The structure helped me find my feet and the support helped me feel held while I learned how to do this differently. Over time, something really shifted, I started to trust myself again.
I honestly couldn’t fault it. I’d give it a 10/10."

Meet the founders

We’re the women behind TABB for Women, brought together in February 2023. After meeting each other through Hola Sober, an abstinence based online platform, where we were both volunteer hosts and course facilitators, we found our start but not our finish. When Hola Sober closed its doors, we took a leap of faith and founded TABB, fueled by a shared passion for the amplified life that living alcohol free has brought each of us.
