Introduction to Constellation Work masterclass

What has life already taught, shaped, and strengthened within you?

This gentle introductory workshop offers a first experience of Systemic Constellation Work (Bert Hellinger method)— an embodied practice that explores how our lives are influenced by relationships, family systems, past experiences, and the wider fields we belong to.

Through simple experiential exercises using objects, spatial awareness, reflection and felt sensing, we will explore:

  • the hidden resources shaped through past experiences
  • resilience, support, and embodied wisdom
  • new ways of relating to present difficulties


Together we’ll create space to slow down, listen differently and reconnect with the strengths that may already be living quietly beneath the surface. No previous experience is needed (only writing materials and 30 little objects/stones/beeds).
What You'll Learn
  • Discover the hidden strengths your life experiences have already given you.
  • Understand how family and relationship patterns can continue to influence your present.
  • Learn how to access inner resources during times of stress or uncertainty.
  • Experience a simple introduction to Systemic Constellation Work.
  • Develop greater self-awareness, resilience and self-compassion.
  • Leave with practical insights you can continue exploring beyond the workshop.
About Halina Rozensztrauch
Halina Rozensztrauch is the founder of Somatree and has been supporting people through somatic and systemic practices since 2008. Drawing on a background in clinical psychology, her work combines Focusing, Systemic Constellations, Somatic Yoga and Bodywork to help people reconnect with themselves through compassionate, embodied approaches.

  • Pen and notebook
