- Agreeing a regular time that works for you for your 15-minute check-in calls
- Support and encouragement to help you stay committed for today

- Short, focused 1:1 conversations with someone who understands
- Honest, compassionate accountability
- Support to help you keep the promises you make to yourself
- Momentum to move forward and break the cycle of constant day ones

How it works
All CARA mentoring begins with an initial 20-minute 1:1 appointment (£25), which must be completed before booking any check-ins.
From there, you can choose the level of support that suits you:

- Full week of daily check-ins (10–15 minutes) - £60 (7 consecutive days)
- 5 check-ins per week - £50
- 3 check-ins per week - £40
