TABB 28: Step in with intention

Before The Course Begins: What to Expect

Welcome to TABB 28 - A Take A Break from Booze for 28 days.

You’ve made a brilliant choice to give yourself space, clarity and support to explore your relationship with alcohol.

The aim of this course is simple:

To take a break from alcohol so you can assess how you want to move forward, with no pressure or judgement, just guidance and connection.

This is your time. Remember, the more you put in, the more you’ll get out.

Final Note
You will get from this course what you put in. Some days will feel easy, others might feel challenging but you’ve already taken the hardest step by signing up.

Remember: we keep it in the day. Every morning is a fresh start.
We’re excited to walk this path with you.
Here’s to clarity, connection and your next 28 days!
