Meeting Descriptions
Morning Meditation and Journaling - Start Your Day with Intention
Ease into your morning with a calming 10-minute guided meditation followed by 10 minutes of reflective journaling. We provide the prompt, you simply show up for yourself. Whether your camera is on or off, this is your time to pause, focus, and begin the day grounded in presence. A gentle but powerful way to stay in the day. These meetings are recorded so you can participate whatever your time zone.
Sharing in The Circle
In this powerful and honest session, a member shares their personal journey, the ups, the struggles, the turning points, and what keeps them going. There’s no advice, just real experience shared from the heart. Listening to someone else's story can help us understand our own more deeply. Come as you are, stay open, and take what you need.

Meditation & Journaling
Join us once a month for a gentle hour of stillness, reflection, and connection. This session offers a guided meditation followed by mindful journaling prompts to help you explore your inner world and release what no longer serves you. There’s also space to share whatever arises in a safe and supportive environment. A beautiful way to close your Monday evening - grounded, calm, and connected to yourself and others.
Share and Support
A warm, open space to share what’s on your mind and hear from others walking a similar path. There’s no set topic, just honest conversation, mutual support, and the reminder that you're not alone. The TABB hosts hold the space with care, making room for reflection, laughter, and connection. Come as you are, speak if you like, listen if you need.
Deep Dive
Join us for a deep dive into sobriety and personal growth. This meeting explores the deeper issues that shape our journey, emotional sobriety, self-awareness, and transformative change. It’s a thoughtful space to reflect, learn, and connect with others committed to evolving beyond the surface.
The Tough Love Lounge
This is not your average meeting. First Thursday of every month. In The Tough Love Lounge, Roxy brings the very approach that works for her - tough love with and for herself - into our community. She’ll be holding space and sharing from her personal experiences, offering a clear, hard line that has shaped her sobriety and that others often benefit from hearing. This meeting is exactly what it sounds like: an MOT and service for the soul!
The other side of Friday
Friday nights don’t have to revolve around drinks. Join us for a relaxed, welcoming space where you can share a laugh, connect with others who understand, and enjoy the evening on your own terms. It’s about good company, real conversation, and remembering you’re not missing out, just living life your way.
Saturday’s Happy Hour
Start your weekend with a warm loosely structured meeting. Grab your coffee and drop in anytime during the hour to connect, share, and support one another. It’s a relaxed space for women to make new friends, swap stories, and boost each other up, no pressure, just good company. We do break out rooms of three to four women to create an opportunity for informal chat so best if you can participate not just listen in.
Onwards & Upwards - Sunday Support Meeting
This meeting is open to all TABB members. It’s a gentle, encouraging space built especially for women in early sobriety taking their first steps or those who are starting again. If you’re newer to sobriety, you’ll find understanding, guidance, and connection. If you’ve been alcohol-free a little longer, your presence truly matters, your experience, encouragement, and calm support can make all the difference to someone taking their first brave steps.
Please note: Every Monday evening offers something different in our 4-week rotating schedule. We start the month with Book Club then Meditation and Journaling, Sharing in The Circle and we close the month with a Deep Dive. This rotation ensures variety, connection, and continuous growth. Join the meetings that speak to you, or come to all four and experience the full rhythm of support.
